Our Philosophy
You are the expert on your experience. My job is to provide you with support, education, and shared experience so you can make choices and decisions that are beneficial to living your most authentic life. Neurodivergent coaching, to me, is about creating space to understand the functionality of the neurodiverse brain. I use a collaborative and neuro-affirming approach in my coaching skills. Our time together will include:
1. acknowledging and accepting your neurodivergence
2. de-constructing harmful belief systems about your neurodivergence
3. discovering who you are without the structured ableism that limits and devalues neurodivergent adults.

Parent Package: Raising My Autistic Child
Price: $200/session (1st 30 min session FREE)
Sessions: 8 weeks
Are you at your wits end? Attempting to keep it together, although you feel like giving up. You are not alone. Whether you need support navigating your child’s meltdowns or learning how to understand their mutism, this 8 week sessions will help you become a more understanding and less stressed parent.
